This property was one of my favorites to transact on with Lane. We secured this property as an owner-occupied fourplex on a VA loan. The purchasing experience was a tough one, and Lane was relentless in negotiating on my behalf with the seller side of the deal. She put her heart into this deal and it showed. I lived in the property for two years and successfully sold it with Lane’s help in 2023 for a beautiful profit!

I recently used Mr. Pass to sell a house that I was renting. Long story short the sale was difficult from the get go. The renter in the house at the time made the sale extremely difficult. It was so tenuous that initially, I was concerned if the home would sell. Throughout the term of the sale, Mr. Pass did a fantastic job of keeping the deal together with the buyers while also communicating with the tenant on the impending sale.
