I recently used Mr. Pass to sell a house that I was renting. Long story short the sale was difficult from the get go. The renter in the house at the time made the sale extremely difficult. It was so tenuous that initially, I was concerned if the home would sell. Throughout the term of the sale, Mr. Pass did a fantastic job of keeping the deal together with the buyers while also communicating with the tenant on the impending sale. He was reassuring and professional the entire time. Thanks to Mr. Pass, the house did sell in my time frame for the price I wanted. I Recommend him emphatically.
