Beth showed me several places. We started by looking at a condo in Cherry Creek. She was early to each location for the showing(s), and always very pleasant. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This was my first time shopping for a home to purchase and she worked with me on everything from the offer to the closing of the place I finally chose. She always asked about my schedule and was willing to work with me. Beth followed up with me, the lender and the seller every step of the way so I was never wondering what was going on. Friends and family say buying a home is stressful but with Beth the process was simple. I am very grateful for her help and I would recommend her to everyone.

So, I got Beth assigned from Zillow. I was in the Market looking to buy an investment property. I live in Texas so I knew it would be challenging. Beth went above and beyond. She helped me with contractors to get proposals, she walked the properties with my GF when I could not be there. She was extremely responsive. I was impressed by her quickness in getting me an answer. She was extremely patient and the best part is she was in no rush to close, her best interest was me the customer. I plan on working with her again on future investments.
