Michelle was super to work with. She knows the metro Denver market really well, especially the Golden area. She spent a lot of time with us showing us different neighborhoods. I felt she really took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. She was very dedicated in terms of securing us appointments for showings and helping us understand the ins and outs of the various homes we looked at. Where she really came through for us was in the price negotiations for the home we eventually bought. She gave us excellent advice which resulted in us getting the house we wanted. That was not easy in such an overheated seller's market. She had to work hard and show us a lot of homes before we found what we wanted. She did so with grace, good humor, and patience.
