We worked with Julia Montei, she is an excellent agent with good communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the market area. She was always available to answer our calls and very helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner. She worked well with the sellers agent and referred us to a loan officer to help navigate a smooth closing. She is a professional that never missed a meeting or call and was always available with her knowledge to help us make some hard decisions. We would recommend her to new buyers because she is a hard worker who cares about her customers. We were very satisfied with the timeliness and her ability to get things done in a professional manner.

Yvette was amazing helping us navigate the sale of our Siesta Key condo. She handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. Yvette is always available, aways thinking about the next step, crafty with negotiations and always trying to help. I come from a family of real estate agents and we could not have been more satisfied.
I initially called Mike about one of his listings, and was not intending to hook up with a realtor quite yet. As an out of state buyer, I had also never purchased a property in Florida before. While the property I called about was not right for me, Mike was so personable and knowledgeable, I quickly knew he was the right realtor for me; no BS; absolute professionalism. After reviewing multiple listings Mike sent to me, I flew down to Sarasota and did a two day marathon viewing houses. As a recent retiree who has renovated several homes through the years, I had promised myself I would not buy another fixer upper, but when you find the right home, you have to go with it. Mike educated me about the pros and cons and local regulations regarding the property. With me back North, Mike attended all of the inspections (property, sewer, mold, pool) and kept in close contact with me. He helped me to negotiate an excellent buying price, and also to obtain temporary housing during the renovation. It has been several weeks since the closing, and Mike continues to assist me and be available for questions and obstacles. I don't think I could have done this without his help, dedication and knowledge (without losing my sanity lol). I have nothing but accolades for Mike.
