Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. Dan was immediately responsive, made scheduling showings incredibly easy, and was always available when questions came up. He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

Tiffany made our first time buyer experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. She gave us amazing insights on the areas we were looking at in the beginning which really helped us narrow down our options. She was very accommodating to both of our schedules while getting us in to see houses, and communicated very clearly through the whole process. When it came time to place an offer on our home, she made sure we knew exactly what it was we were offering, and kept us updated over the next few days as the offer was reviewed/responded to. We landed a really great deal and could not be happier with the whole situation. Tiffany also got us set up with a fantastic lender and home inspector, who were both so informative and easy to work with. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and we are so fortunate to have been connected with such a wonderful Real Estate Agent. We will definitely be working with her again in the future :)

John was extremely helpful throughout our home buying experience. He was very prompt to respond to any questions we had, and also offered suggestions for items we hadn't thought of. John was really good about keeping in contact with us and letting us know what was going on with either our home search or eventual purchase. His care and concern for us was real and not manufactured. The first sale on our existing home was cancelled which required John to change the offer on the home we wanted to purchase multiple times. He never complained and was very re-assuring that we would still be able to complete the purchase. John is outgoing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend John! You won't be disappointed and your home buying and selling experience will be much better.

Maria was the best to say the least. She went out of her way to make sure we saw every home we liked. She would answer every question clearly and she was very knowledgeable of every property we looked at the pros and cons. She also negotiated us a killer deal with the sellers for us for closing and that was a big plus to an already great experience with her be our agent. She got us in our home within a month. I can go on and on,but just know she’s Great and will get you in the home you want!

This was our second time working with Tricia. 5 years ago she helped us find out first house which was the perfect fit for our little family. This time around she helped us find a much needed upgrade in space and location. She was also extremely helpful in fighting for us when issues came up in the transaction. She studied the “comps” and we increased the asking price because she knew the market would sustain a higher price. We ended up selling for asking price. Ronda works with a very experienced team and she leveraged the knowledge of her team during critical decision points. She is a fabulous communicator, both oral and written.
