Ron took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and answered any and all questions. He was quick and efficient at organizing house tours. He communicated with the other realtors to get information about the houses, so we could make an informed decision. He worked hard to find houses that meet our desired criteria. After our offer was accepted, he helped with each step and negotiated with the seller on findings from the inspection. For first time home buyers, we felt reassured and confident in our purchase.

Scott did a great job of managing tricky situations for me during a tumultuous deal process, ensuring we weren’t left in the lurch and leveraging his own network of quality craftsmen, and even taking his own hand to a drill and drywall and ensure needs were met on both sides of selling and buying. He knows the market and area well.

We probably toured over 20 places and she didn't mind the more I asked to see. She wants to make sure it's a fit because as she said "it's a huge decision when purchasing a home." She is always in your corner willing to get you the best deal, but will be honest when she doesn't think the opposite side will go for it. She however will still ask and make sure she is always representing you. She is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the city she lives in and all of northern Utah! She knows her market and can speak to the areas and navigate you to the right area to fit your needs. I would definitely use her again for future real estate needs!
