Brooke is a Star Valley, Wyoming native whose passion for real estate started at young age. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurial hoteliers and avid real estate investors, she learned early on how exciting real estate could be when a property was found that checked all the boxes and met all the needs of an investor. Brooke moved from Wyoming to central Utah when she was ten years old and her parents built and operated a beautiful hotel just outside of Capitol Reef National Park. During her high school years, Brooke learned to speak fluent German to communicate effectively to the many German visitors that came exploring Capitol Reef and stayed at the hotel during the Summers. Brooke married her sweetheart in 2002 and together they have three amazing children. If you need someone who is the perfect balance professional and friendly, Brooke is that someone.

We’ve relocated 4 different times so we’ve had a lot of experience with moves and realtors. When we met Brooke, I knew right away she was the right agent to represent us. She kept her opinions neutral and only gave her opinion when asked. She was good at letting us know what was normal in a situation, and when it seemed off. She always walked us through any proposal we faced and gave us the pros and cons to consider. I was impressed that she never put us off, but made herself available when we needed her. Very quick to respond even if she wasn’t feeling well or was on vacation. She was the kind of agent that truly knows how to take the edge off of a considerably stressful time. Be open, honest, and respectful, and you will get exactly the same treatment in return.

Excellent Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills

John was extremely helpful throughout our home buying experience. He was very prompt to respond to any questions we had, and also offered suggestions for items we hadn't thought of. John was really good about keeping in contact with us and letting us know what was going on with either our home search or eventual purchase. His care and concern for us was real and not manufactured. The first sale on our existing home was cancelled which required John to change the offer on the home we wanted to purchase multiple times. He never complained and was very re-assuring that we would still be able to complete the purchase. John is outgoing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend John! You won't be disappointed and your home buying and selling experience will be much better.

Outstanding Experience

Brooke Skinner was an outstanding realtor from start to finish. She went above and beyond to get my home maximum exposure by hosting open houses and generating strong buyer traffic. The Gee Team is incredibly organized, and every step of the process was handled seamlessly, even with a very challenging transaction. We had an extremely difficult buyer and buyer's agent, but Brooke navigated every obstacle with professionalism, clear communication, and determination. She kept the transaction moving forward and successfully brought it to a successful closing. I highly recommend Brooke Skinner and the Gee Team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and reliable real estate team.
