We’ve relocated 4 different times so we’ve had a lot of experience with moves and realtors. When we met Brooke, I knew right away she was the right agent to represent us. She kept her opinions neutral and only gave her opinion when asked. She was good at letting us know what was normal in a situation, and when it seemed off. She always walked us through any proposal we faced and gave us the pros and cons to consider. I was impressed that she never put us off, but made herself available when we needed her. Very quick to respond even if she wasn’t feeling well or was on vacation. She was the kind of agent that truly knows how to take the edge off of a considerably stressful time. Brooke Skinner is highly knowledgeable about real estate, what's happening in the market, pricing the home and staging the home. She was prompt in keeping us well informed in every step of the process in our house sale. She helped make sure our house and yard were spotless and ready to show when it listed. She went the extra mile in every aspect of the sale. She was friendly, open and was willing to help whenever she was needed in any capacity. She went to bat for us and helped us as we negotiated different points on the sale. She provided experts in their field for things we needed to get done or fixed at our house. Because of her care and hard work our house got a contract in just one week. She kept us assessed and informed with the inspection, appraisal and title company. If anything was needed on our end she immediately informed us. We were supposed to close at the end of May but we were able to move out two weeks before that. Brooke kept the buyers agent assessed as to our progress in the move. Because of her excellent communication skills, the buyers were able to move up the closing date to May 19th! That was just three weeks after we signed the contract. Brooke has amazing skills in real estate, organization, communication, professionalism, working with people, and finding time to just be a good friend in the whole process. Where does one start when there are so many amazing things? Brooke is one of the best. She took the time to hear what we liked, even when we weren't sure ourselves. As we began looking at homes she paid attention to our likes and dislikes, and would tailor to those things with the next homes she found. She is dedicated! As we had been looking for a home for the better part of 3 years ago she stuck with us every step of the way.
