I never could’ve made it through the sale of my home without her help. She went above and beyond helping and working herself when jobs needed to be done. There wasn’t anything that I asked of her that she didn’t have the answers to or couldn’t accomplish. After my husband died and I ended up in a skilled nursing facility I was extremely burdened by what lie ahead of me. After my home was cleared out, Gina took over and got workers there to paint and repair what was needed in my home and on the property, a lot of the time jumping in to do wherever was needed herself. Gina made my home extremely fresh and beautiful inside and out ready to sell. As you can tell she went above and beyond. She will be my forever friend!

Gina is the best! She helped us get our house in the best possible shape for listing and guided us on how to best position our home to sell quickly. She gave us realistic pricing advice that I think really positioned us to be very competitive in the market. We went under contract in 5 days and I firmly believe her prep work, staging, and advertising were key in getting our home sold! The photographs of our home showed all the best angles and were by far the best home photos of any of the homes listed in our area and drew buyers to our home for sure! Gina is responsive, always available, and willing to go above and beyond to help her clients. If I could give her a 10 star review I would, but I guess a 5 star will have to do! I honestly cannot recommend working with Gina enough!
