I am so grateful to have been referred to Kristin. So many people recommended her to us and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with our experience. I had never gone through the process of buying a home before and was a bit nervous about the process. Kristin never left us hanging. She helped soothe our nerves when we needed it the most. She knows SO much about everything to do with the market, negotiating, strategy, etc. She makes you feel so comfortable and is also reassuring throughout the entire process. She is very responsive, willing to answer all the questions, and willing to put in the work to make things go as smoothly as possible. She has the brains, communication skills, and the drive to make sure you have the easiest possible experience. She is caring, understanding, and really makes you feel supported. I truly can't say enough good things about this amazing human and her amazing skills.

I am so pleased to be in this beautiful new home!! It’s easy to say someone goes above and beyond but the work Kristin does puts that to shame. It’s like she flies around the universe for you! The amount of things she didn’t have to do, that helped me move out of my old place and into my new- is the defining factor of why this process went smooth and my transition to a new home was relatively low stress. We closed on selling the condo, I officially own this new house, and she is STILL helping me with the last few things I need to fix up. She will not quit until the job is completely done- and it’s done right. It feelings amazing to know I’m in good hands, and with Kristin, it’s a no brainer. Thank you Kristin!!!

Kristin was responsive at every step of the way! Selling a house you also live in is never fun, but she laid down a bullet proof plan, and we executed it together. Even when I was stressed she remained clam. When I was doubtful she remained hopeful and showed me current trends in the market.
