Stephanie is very personable and great to work with. This was my first home purchase and she guided me through every step and kept me updated with great communication. She answered any of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she’d find out for me. Once we found the house, she wrote up the offer and got me a sellers concession to cover the closing costs and a rate buy down. After inspection it was found that some items were nearing end of life, Stephanie was able to get the sellers to make the essential repairs. All said the repairs were around 30k in addition to the seller’s concession. I am very happy in my new house and couldn’t be more happy I had Stephanie as my agent.
