Our home was built in 1977. We made numerous improvements, but it's still an older home. We engaged Tiffany and followed her advice. She listed on Thursday, and by Saturday, 30 prospective buyers had toured the home. We received 5 offers. One below asking price, two at asking price, and two significantly above our asking price. Tiffany sold our home within 48 hours of listing. Following Tiffany's advice was key. Tiffany knows her market and how to make a home sell. She is amazing. We referred her to our friends who were selling their home the following week, and they sold it in a day. We're two incredibly happy couples who sold to move closer to their kids. Stephanie is very personable and great to work with. This was my first home purchase and she guided me through every step and kept me updated with great communication. She answered any of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she’d find out for me. Once we found the house, she wrote up the offer and got me a sellers concession to cover the closing costs and a rate buy down. After inspection it was found that some items were nearing end of life, Stephanie was able to get the sellers to make the essential repairs. All said the repairs were around 30k in addition to the seller’s concession. I am very happy in my new house and couldn’t be more happy I had Stephanie as my agent.

Buying or selling a home can be daunting. So many things to consider. This was never an issue working with Jeffrey. He proved his knowledge within every aspect of the process. I never went a moment with out knowing exactly what to expect. Jeffrey always went above and beyond to help in any way possible. Danielle is a joy to work with! She paid acute attention to all details of the process and offered ideas on how to best show the house. She helped us get top dollar and was always available when we had questions. She stayed on top of the process and was able to help us get the house sold in a timely manner. She helped us navigate not only the preparation of the home the process of paperwork and making sure accounts, trusts and legal paper were ready when we came to closing . She is positive and confident in what she does and we felt that we could trust her with her helping us sell my parents home.
