To Whom it May Concern Working with Joan was wonderful. I was tasked to sell my grandmothers house after her passing earlier this year, and to say my families circumstances were complicated and unique would be quite the understatement. That being said Joan took care of everything and made the process as easy and seamless as the situation could have allowed. I could always reach her with concerns or questions anytime of the day or night. By the end she felt like family. I think it is also worth noting I never had met Mrs. Pate before I hired her to sell the house, and even now she will call to check in to see how things are going. Boy was I lucky picking her as my agent. If you are looking for an agent that genuinely cares about you, your circumstances, and your best interest she is the agent for you.
