I am so pleased to be in this beautiful new home!! It’s easy to say someone goes above and beyond but the work Kristin does puts that to shame. It’s like she flies around the universe for you! The amount of things she didn’t have to do, that helped me move out of my old place and into my new- is the defining factor of why this process went smooth and my transition to a new home was relatively low stress. We closed on selling the condo, I officially own this new house, and she is STILL helping me with the last few things I need to fix up. She will not quit until the job is completely done- and it’s done right. It feelings amazing to know I’m in good hands, and with Kristin, it’s a no brainer. Thank you Kristin!!!

Danielle was extremely responsive and action oriented - she often already had the information we wanted before we asked for it. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and the housing market - buying our first home with her was made so much easier because of her expertise. We bought an older home and had to navigate a number of challenges inherent in older homes - Danielle was not only knowledgeable in this area but also very well connected to experts who could provide valuable information to our decision making. She made the complicated aspects of home buying easy with her communication skills and experience. She was always willing to call or meet to discuss anything and walked us through each step. She communicated well with the sellers and facilitated a smooth negotiation process even when we had to work through additional findings from inspections. We were referred to Kirsten by two different friends, and are so happy we got to work with her. We first worked with her in 2021 right when the housing market went bananas. She helped us navigate the crazy market, and although we weren't successful in 2021 due to being outbid on every offer we put in (despite all our offers being above asking price! 2021 was a crazy time), she worked tirelessly on the dozens of house tours and offers we put in.
