We bought an older home and had to navigate a number of challenges inherent in older homes - Danielle was not only knowledgeable in this area but also very well connected to experts who could provide valuable information to our decision making. We were referred to Kirsten by two different friends, and are so happy we got to work with her. We first worked with her in 2021 right when the housing market went bananas. She helped us navigate the crazy market, and although we weren't successful in 2021 due to being outbid on every offer we put in (despite all our offers being above asking price! 2021 was a crazy time), she worked tirelessly on the dozens of house tours and offers we put in. We decided it wasn't our time, and took a break until 2026 when we had saved up some more money, and Kirsten was so excited to help us make it happen this round. We sent her many houses we wanted to look at, but in the end the house we bought was one she suggested that was not on our radar and it is truly our dream home! Although we felt fairly prepared for the home buying process, having Kirsten as our advocate and guide was priceless. She answered all our questions and more, no matter how silly we felt asking them as someone who has never having gone through the home buying process. Kirsten is extremely knowledgeable, but also able to make information accessible to someone not familiar with the market and home buying process. I will be forever grateful for her, as she really did help us find more than just a house, and we found our dream home.
