Lori helped us negotiate below the listing price and secured significant concessions. She also handled our final walkthrough, taking detailed videos and photos. Even though the sellers had professionally cleaned the home, Lori sent her own cleaning person to make sure everything was perfect. She has great connections: She connected us with excellent inspectors, a stucco expert, a plumber, and other trusted professionals, saving us enormous stress as newcomers to SLC. Most importantly, Lori is genuinely kind, responsive, and advocates for her clients. We will absolutely use Lori again and refer friends to her. If you want an agent who knows the market, gives honest advice without overstepping, negotiates well, and truly puts her clients first, I highly recommend Lori Gee.
