Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market. Joan was incredibly responsive and her follow-up, timely and on point. But most importantly she recognized the type of buyer we hoped for and delivered. John is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent in Salt Lake City. The first property I sent over to John to be looked at was less than ideal, and John helped me find the house that I ended up purchasing! Having just moved to Salt Lake City, I was unfamiliar with a lot of the area and John helped me find an excellent property in an amazing location. This was my first time buying a home, and John answered all of my questions and made sure I felt educated and confident in my decisions. Even after purchasing my home, John has been there to answer my questions! I highly recommended John for all of your real estate needs!

We were referred to Kirsten by two different friends, and are so happy we got to work with her. We first worked with her in 2021 right when the housing market went bananas. She helped us navigate the crazy market, and although we weren't successful in 2021 due to being outbid on every offer we put in (despite all our offers being above asking price! 2021 was a crazy time), she worked tirelessly on the dozens of house tours and offers we put in. We decided it wasn't our time, and took a break until 2026 when we had saved up some more money, and Kirsten was so excited to help us make it happen this round. We sent her many houses we wanted to look at, but in the end the house we bought was one she suggested that was not on our radar and it is truly our dream home! Although we felt fairly prepared for the home buying process, having Kirsten as our advocate and guide was priceless. She answered all our questions and more, no matter how silly we felt asking them as someone who has never having gone through the home buying process. Kirsten is extremely knowledgeable, but also able to make information accessible to someone not familiar with the market and home buying process. I will be forever grateful for her, as she really did help us find more than just a house, and we found our dream home.

Mary is so smart and experienced, she has been in the market for 20+ years and knows everything about the types of homes, the good areas, and she's very good at communicating with my family and when we were negotiating with the sellers. From our very first meeting she spent more than an hour educating me and answering all of my questions as a first time homebuyer, then her and her team would always send us homes to go take a look at, while we were looking at homes, she was always taking notes of what I liked and didn't like so that we could curate the perfect home for me, she was also very straightforward if I wanted something that was going to put us over our budget she would let me know. Mary and her team were also always available by phone when we had questions, if she was busy, she would always call me back or text. Eventually we found a perfect home after a month of searching. The sellers we not very easy to work with but thanks to Mary's persistence we were able to come to an agreeable deal. It was a difficult process, but it definitely would've been so much harder if I didn't have Mary and her team helping me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone interested in buying real estate, and will definitely seek out her services again if I ever want to purchase another property in the future.
