Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market. Joan was incredibly responsive and her follow-up, timely and on point. But most importantly she recognized the type of buyer we hoped for and delivered. We first met Kirsten in 2011, when we purchased our first home in Sandy. Since that time we have bought and sold several properties, each time with Kirsten. She's an excellent agent who will tell you honestly the pluses and minuses of a property from her perspective. When we purchased our current home, we must have looked at close to 30 properties over the span of nearly a year. Kirsten lead us every step of the way until we found what was perfect for us. When my mother suddenly needed a condo I called Kirsten and she expeditiously found us a perfect fit. When that condo needed to be sold, she put it on the market and got us the highest sales price seen in those condominiums in more than a year. I cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough if you are looking for an agent in the Salt Lake City area!

I truly feared going through the buying process of a new home, it's my second home but the first experience was enough to last a life time. I bought my first with the intent of it being a starter home so that I could move on to bigger and better things but the thought of having to go through the selling and showing of our home, to have to now start the process of finding a new one to live in made me put it off for 2 Years. <br/><br/>Ronna made all my fears fade within the first 2 appointments, she listened to my needs and assured me the process would go with ease. Her attention to the littlest of details was fabulous and her follow through - better than I have ever seen. This may sound Korky but she truly understands the term Customer Service, never once was I disappointed or doubted her ability to get the job done. Honestly if it wasn't for her and her team of lenders my buyers on my home would have failed to meet critical dead lines and we could have not only lost the sale of our home but the home we planned to buy.
