How would we have gotten through the last several months without Kirsten as our realtor? There was so much going on in our lives and we needed to purchase a new home and sell our former home and she came through splendidly as our realtor in both transactions. Our home of 50 years needed some significant renovations in order to sell at a good price and she had experienced and competitively priced contractors available to get the work done quickly so that the home could be put on the market at the beginning of the new real estate season in early spring. That expertise and timeliness meant that our home sold quicker than we expected and for a price we were pleased with. She was generous and patient with her time as she knew that we were very inexperienced, having not purchased a home in the last half century and needed a bit of extra hand holding for that reason. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Also, I truly felt he wasn't rushing me to find something so he could get paid. I will definitely use Dustin if I ever move again! - Justin Herron
