As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all.
