Lori Gee came highly recommended to us which we immediately discovered was well founded. We were moving from out of state and came in with limited time to look at houses. She was so comfortable to work with and so well connected we were able to find a home, make an offer and have it accepted in one afternoon. I couldn’t believe it! She was so organized and prepared and knew exactly how to handle things to make this happen for us. I’m convinced that any other realtor wouldn’t have been able to do this. And since then she has been there to guide at every step of inspections, etc, through escrow closing, and beyond with anything we needed. Something that could have been complicated and so stressful felt smooth and effortless due to her expertise and her calm demeanor. Thank you Gee group for the miracle purchase of our new home!

We first met Kirsten in 2011, when we purchased our first home in Sandy. Since that time we have bought and sold several properties, each time with Kirsten. She's an excellent agent who will tell you honestly the pluses and minuses of a property from her perspective. When we purchased our current home, we must have looked at close to 30 properties over the span of nearly a year. Kirsten lead us every step of the way until we found what was perfect for us. When my mother suddenly needed a condo I called Kirsten and she expeditiously found us a perfect fit. When that condo needed to be sold, she put it on the market and got us the highest sales price seen in those condominiums in more than a year. I cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough if you are looking for an agent in the Salt Lake City area!

Bryan was absolutely great to work with. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He is down-to-earth, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. His negotiation skills were also fantastic. I could not be more pleased with the job he did for me.

Cory made the house buying process a fun one. Going to look at potential houses with him was a blast and he was always quick to respond to show times. The best part of having him as my agent was it really felt like he was looking after my best interests. His understanding of contracts and negotiation skills really showed me that he was making sure that all of my bases were covered which gave me a sense of confidence before I had to sign on the dotted line. 10/10

My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Also, I truly felt he wasn't rushing me to find something so he could get paid. I will definitely use Dustin if I ever move again! - Justin Herron
