How would we have gotten through the last several months without Kirsten as our realtor? There was so much going on in our lives and we needed to purchase a new home and sell our former home and she came through splendidly as our realtor in both transactions. Our home of 50 years needed some significant renovations in order to sell at a good price and she had experienced and competitively priced contractors available to get the work done quickly so that the home could be put on the market at the beginning of the new real estate season in early spring. That expertise and timeliness meant that our home sold quicker than we expected and for a price we were pleased with. She was generous and patient with her time as she knew that we were very inexperienced, having not purchased a home in the last half century and needed a bit of extra hand holding for that reason. Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market. Joan was incredibly responsive and her follow-up, timely and on point. But most importantly she recognized the type of buyer we hoped for and delivered. We cannot recommend Joan enough. 5 stars all the way!!!

We first met Kirsten in 2011, when we purchased our first home in Sandy. Since that time we have bought and sold several properties, each time with Kirsten. She's an excellent agent who will tell you honestly the pluses and minuses of a property from her perspective. When we purchased our current home, we must have looked at close to 30 properties over the span of nearly a year. Kirsten lead us every step of the way until we found what was perfect for us. When my mother suddenly needed a condo I called Kirsten and she expeditiously found us a perfect fit. When that condo needed to be sold, she put it on the market and got us the highest sales price seen in those condominiums in more than a year. I cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough if you are looking for an agent in the Salt Lake City area!
