Michelle Korous

From the second I hire Michelle, she gets right to work and by the next day she has all the comps pulled and ready for me to see. And ever day after that she never stops working on it until it’s sold/bought. She is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and works very hard for her clients. She is pleasant, professional and kind.

Michelle helped guide us in the right direction with the sell of the house. She was very knowledgeable and was able to make the sell without any problems and in a very timely manner.

Michelle is simply the best! She's kind, compassionate, and knows her stuff. She had my house under contract within two days of listing it.

Michelle came highly recommended by a friend of ours and we are so glad we met her! She was incredibly patient and understanding with our many questions and requests; she is also is super knowledgeable and was supportive of us throughout our entire search. She knows the different neighbourhoods and has the best network of professionals around her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

We only had 45 days to find a home where we were gonna be homeless and our first time homebuyers had no idea how to do this. Michele brought a level of experience to the table that helped us move quickly and we were able to stay in a very nice home. We couldn’t have done it without her. She exhibits high level of professionalism and patience.

As the title states, Michelle knows the salt lake and surrounding areas so well! She listened to our wish list and non-negotiables and where we could flex to find us our perfect home. As a first time buyer, she helped us understand the real estate jargon in simpler terms which helped build the trust. 10/10 - definitely recommend!
