We had a hard sale on my house but she pulled it off we nailed what we received in the sale of the home. Working with Michelle has been an absolute pleasure. If I could rate higher than 5 out of 5 stars I would. We were first time home buyers when we started looking. Michelle helped us every step of the way, from start to finish, and even after the fact. Whether it was by text, phone call, or email, she was always in communication with us. When we first started looking, we gave her our must haves and deal breakers. Within hours she had sent us multiple listings that fit our needs perfectly. She never oversold anything to us. She was realistic with everything presented, and was honest and upfront about it all. I never felt pressured. When we were worried about being able to bring our animals, she spent hours digging through by laws and documents to get us the answers we needed. In the end she found us a perfect home and coordinated not just one visit, but multiple so our families could see the home as well. Once the actual process of purchasing our home had started, Michelle was on top of every little detail we needed. Not only did she make sure we never missed a deadline, she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything in early and that no details were missed. She made the entire process so smooth to the point where I can’t imagine using a different realtor ever again. We closed on our house and ended up paying less than our house was appraised for, in a time where prices and rates were extremely high. Even after we closed on our home, Michelle still checked in on us. She made sure we knew how to pay our mortgage, that we received our home warranty, and that everything with the house was going well. She still answers my questions if I’m unsure about something, and I send her pictures of our renovations. Overall, I don’t think you could find a better realtor. Michelle is kind, patient, efficient, and just plain good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time home buyers.

Michelle's research and market evaluation meant we listed and sold our home for tens of thousands more that a previous realtor had suggested. Our home sold within a week but with all the usual glitches. She "held our hand" through the ups and downs and made sure we were protected through the process. The people she works with are top notch especially the photographer who made sure our home was shown in the best possible light. Michelle also went above and beyond to help us find a new home that met our particular needs as I am disabled. She sent scores of letters to potential sellers, personally knocked on doors in the areas we wanted to live in and reviewed new listings almost hourly. Only two homes that met most of our needs came up in a two month period but within 30 minutes of the home we bought being listed she notified us of its availability and we toured it two hours later and were able to make an offer that same day that was accepted. Real Estate agents have the difficult task of helping their buyers and sellers face reality when it comes to home values and what people can realistically expect in the buying and selling process. Michelle does this with honesty, understanding and compassion. We couldn't recommend her more highly.
