Simply put, Lori Gee is who you should use to buy your home. My husband and I were relocating from Minnesota, so we knew very little about the Salt Lake City market. My mother is a real estate agent, so I had very high standards. Lori exceeded all of them. Lori KNOWS the market: She grew up here, raised her family here, and even lived in Liberty Wells. Lori spent an entire day driving us around SLC, explaining neighborhoods and helping us find the right fit—without any guarantee we would ultimately buy through her. This experience allowed us to feel confident that we explored all our options for where to live and had chosen the best fit for us. She gives honest advice without overstepping. This was one of my favorite things about Lori. She offered her professional opinion without trying to make decisions for us. We considered a home I loved online, and Lori told us she didn't think it was a good purchase because it was on a busy street and difficult to resell. Once I saw it, I realized she was right. A less committed agent might have pushed for the easy sale; Lori's honesty helped us find a much better home. She goes above and beyond: We completed our purchase from out of state. Lori helped us negotiate below the listing price and secured significant concessions. She also handled our final walkthrough, taking detailed videos and photos. Even though the sellers had professionally cleaned the home, Lori sent her own cleaning person to make sure everything was perfect. She has great connections: She connected us with excellent inspectors, a stucco expert, a plumber, and other trusted professionals, saving us enormous stress as newcomers to SLC. Most importantly, Lori is genuinely kind, responsive, and advocates for her clients. We will absolutely use Lori again and refer friends to her. If you want an agent who knows the market, gives honest advice without overstepping, negotiates well, and truly puts her clients first, I highly recommend Lori Gee.
