Donna was highly recommended by friends in the SLC area and we did not regret following their advice. We only met Donna briefly while visiting our home (STR) in CWH and then the rest of the sale was long-distance. Donna was trustworthy and helpful, doing whatever needed to be done in our absence. She advised us correctly on pricing and the market, and guided us well through the entire sales process. We even ended up in a little bidding war, receiving an offer higher than we had expected, all in less than two weeks on the market! Donna helped us through negotiations after inspection found issues that required a concession, offering careful and thoughtful advice throughout. For a little while there, it felt like she was our new best friend and confidant. Donna has a warm but confident demeanor, is knowledgeable and personable, and very professional in a friendly manner. As our friends once did for us, we can now highly recommend Donna Rudzik to others.

Donna helped us find the perfect home - sight unseen! - with such professionalism, attention to detail and total advocacy and transparency. Delivered on every commitment made. She worked tirelessly to help us make it all happen, and completely surpassed any expectations we had about working with an agent. She's also a really great human being, extraordinarily thoughtful and kind. Cannot recommend her more highly!

Donna was great to work with and came recommended to us from some family. She made sure to look for homes that met our families needs and desired location. The most crucial part of this process was when we looked at a house that just went on the market and received multiple offers. While that was a stressful process at times, Donna was able to show her experience with navigating the difficult process. Donna made sure once we got the house we were set up for success and gave us contractor contacts and utility information. She was great to work with.

She knew the market, she showed us only homes that met our specific requests and helped us in all aspects of homeownership, including caring for the Home after we purchased it

Danielle was wonderful at understanding the needs and desires of our family. We appreciate her work in negotiating on our behalf. She is both professional and personable. We enjoyed our experience working with her.
