She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and the housing market - buying our first home with her was made so much easier because of her expertise. We bought an older home and had to navigate a number of challenges inherent in older homes - Danielle was not only knowledgeable in this area but also very well connected to experts who could provide valuable information to our decision making. She made the complicated aspects of home buying easy with her communication skills and experience. She was always willing to call or meet to discuss anything and walked us through each step. She communicated well with the sellers and facilitated a smooth negotiation process even when we had to work through additional findings from inspections.
