Shannon was absolutely terrific! We were out of state buyers coming into a very hot seller's market. Shannon knew the area extremely well. When we were looking for homes she had the foresight to pack us a lunch knowing that my time was limited as an out of state buyer. She pre-viewed homes for us while we were in Texas and sent us videos and photos with a commentary about what she saw.
