Shannon was absolutely terrific! We were out of state buyers coming into a very hot seller's market. Shannon knew the area extremely well. When we were looking for homes she had the foresight to pack us a lunch knowing that my time was limited as an out of state buyer. She pre-viewed homes for us while we were in Texas and sent us videos and photos with a commentary about what she saw. She was able to help line up all of the professionals that we needed to make the deal happen. In addition to that, she helped to smooth over a very difficult situation with a neighbor that was almost a deal breaker. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent our interests.
