I am so pleased to be in this beautiful new home!! It’s easy to say someone goes above and beyond but the work Kristin does puts that to shame. It’s like she flies around the universe for you! The amount of things she didn’t have to do, that helped me move out of my old place and into my new- is the defining factor of why this process went smooth and my transition to a new home was relatively low stress. We closed on selling the condo, I officially own this new house, and she is STILL helping me with the last few things I need to fix up. She will not quit until the job is completely done- and it’s done right. It feelings amazing to know I’m in good hands, and with Kristin, it’s a no brainer. Thank you Kristin!!!

When I called Shelley on a Friday to let her know I was ready to buy a new home—and needed to move quickly due to high interest—she sprang into action immediately. This is the second home Shelley has helped me purchase a home in Salt Lake City, and she continues to be one of the most connected and knowledgeable members of the SLC community. If you want a realestate guru.. here ya go! I had my house on the market for a full year.. Some bites and 1 contract that fell through due to financing on the buyers side. I was so sad because I had a great house. I can't blame the original realestate agent too much, because of the market..but what they did in a full year with trying to sell it... isn't half of what Kristin did in the few weeks she had it. I can say that with the short amount of time that Kristin had the house under her wing.. She staged, flyered, videoed and kept me in the mix of everything going on. The house sold shortly after she had it and I couldn't be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your house buying or selling needs. I could kick myself for not using her company sooner.

I met Danielle during a community tour that was arranged by my company. My husband and I knew right away that she was a perfect fit!! We were relocating and she was willing to do multiple virtual showings. She learned what we were looking for in a property and was very knowledgeable about the market. She was always very quick to respond to our questions. We would love to work with Danielle again in the future!!
