If you want a realestate guru.. here ya go! I had my house on the market for a full year.. Some bites and 1 contract that fell through due to financing on the buyers side. I was so sad because I had a great house. I can't blame the original realestate agent too much, because of the market..but what they did in a full year with trying to sell it... isn't half of what Kristin did in the few weeks she had it. I can say that with the short amount of time that Kristin had the house under her wing.. She staged, flyered, videoed and kept me in the mix of everything going on. The house sold shortly after she had it and I couldn't be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your house buying or selling needs. I could kick myself for not using her company sooner.
