I am so pleased to be in this beautiful new home!! It’s easy to say someone goes above and beyond but the work Kristin does puts that to shame. It’s like she flies around the universe for you! The amount of things she didn’t have to do, that helped me move out of my old place and into my new- is the defining factor of why this process went smooth and my transition to a new home was relatively low stress. I don't have enough time to truly convey the wonderful experience it was working with Kristin. But what I would like to express the most is, she is the best, most qualified person for the job. If you want a realestate guru.. here ya go! I had my house on the market for a full year.. Some bites and 1 contract that fell through due to financing on the buyers side. I was so sad because I had a great house. I can't blame the original realestate agent too much, because of the market..but what they did in a full year with trying to sell it... isn't half of what Kristin did in the few weeks she had it. I can say that with the short amount of time that Kristin had the house under her wing.. She staged, flyered, videoed and kept me in the mix of everything going on. The house sold shortly after she had it and I couldn't be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your house buying or selling needs. I could kick myself for not using her company sooner.
