Kristin was amazing in helping me sell my house. Closing was a little messy on the other end, and Kristin kicked butt and made it happen. I was very impressed and highly recommend her. She's the best realtor that I've ever worked with!
Kristin. Is. Amazing. I had a realtor before her and I wasn't feeling heard. I wanted someone that appreciated that I knew nothing and was willing to show me patience but also convey that they had my best interests at heart. I am naturally untrusting so I figured this would be a tall order. Kristin was recommended by a friend and when I told her for what I was looking in a realtor, she nailed it. She communicated the way that I wanted, she never steamrolled me, and even just before signing she told me if I was having any bad thoughts about the house, she'd get us out of it. She actively changed her communication style to fit my needs. She's a magician. I never once felt pushed, foolish, or like a burden. And I was definitely a foolish burden. I will absolutely work with Kristin again if she'll have me. I've been in the house for a week now and I still feel I can go to her with anything. 6/5 stars.
