Kristin. Is. Amazing. I had a realtor before her and I wasn't feeling heard. I wanted someone that appreciated that I knew nothing and was willing to show me patience but also convey that they had my best interests at heart. I am naturally untrusting so I figured this would be a tall order. Kristin was recommended by a friend and when I told her for what I was looking in a realtor, she nailed it. She communicated the way that I wanted, she never steamrolled me, and even just before signing she told me if I was having any bad thoughts about the house, she'd get us out of it.
