From the beginning until the end of my homebuying journey, Kristin always made herself available via phone or text. She took the time to initially call me and understand my wants and needs and kept those in mind during the showing process. Even outside of showings, Kristin would periodically check in with me and helped me narrow down my home-wishlist and schedule showings during times that would accommodate my busy work schedule. She never took more than 1 day to respond to a text which I appreciated as I was working within a time-crunch of 1 month before my lease ended. Throughout this whole process, I was dealing with a fractured leg and crutches, and Kristen offered to drive me to various showings and back to work after visiting the title company to accommodate my impairment. Kristin was patient and avoided “salesy” tactics. I never felt pressured to “settle” for a property if it didn’t meet my and my roommates standards. It was clear that Kristin’s main intention was helping me find a house that was a good fit. Kristin also referred me to a number of resources, such as a home inspector, lender, and title company that she personally trusted in her own investment portfolio. Even after closing, Kristin is still someone I feel comfortable reaching out to with questions or if I am seeking recommendations for home upkeep such as plumbing, repair, or an exterminator. Once everything was official, Kristin put her own personal touch by giving me a gift bag and a handwritten note which left a very nice taste in my mouth after the entire experience. Kristin clearly cares a lot and does everything in her power to make the home buying experience seamless and rewarding for her clients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Salt Lake City area looking to buy a home or for general real estate investment advice.
We have had an excellent experience with Kristin. We were quite underwhelmed with our first realtor and are so thankful that we found and switched to Kristin. Throughout the entire process, she remained responsive, trustworthy, patient, flexible, and genuine. She really went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted in a neighborhood that we thought wouldn’t be possible for us while still keeping us comfortable in our budget. The lender she recommended to us, Nikko, provided the same level of excellent service. Kristin is obviously educated and experienced in her craft; she was strategic and creative in the bidding process. She is also an overall fun personality - friendly and personable. She was happy to hold our hand through the process where needed and her communication was always reliable. The inspector (Step Up Home Inspections) she had recommended to us had discovered some issues that the seller’s pre-inspection missed, allowing us to arrange a way to resolve them prior to closing. Even after we put a bid in on this house, she continued to keep an eye out for similar properties and was happy to tour multiple with us, which gave us more confidence in our purchase. She was very hands on - even willing to climb into the crawl space to look at potential foundation issues herself with a structural engineer. She has set a new standard on how realtors should operate. We don’t have a single complaint. If we intend to buy or sell again in the future, we will definitely go through Kristin and are already recommending her to everyone we know.

Kristen was always professional ,but with that being said she was very personable also. She's a good and honest person, you can see that in her eyes and in the way she carries herself. Also the way she was straightforward with me. She stayed in touch with me. She was consistent all the way through. From the first day I met her all the way up to the last day of the closing.
