Cameron is an outstanding realtor. First of all, he's professional and timely, personable (and funny!), incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and an excellent communicator. During our first meeting with him, we talked extensively about what we were looking for in a perfect home and he promised to do whatever it took to get us one. He never pressured us into putting in an offer and was always open and honest about potential issues /defects he noticed when we toured homes. When we were interested in properties or had other questions, he would promptly call the selling agent (often he had already worked with them which is a huge plus), and get us as much information as possible. After just ONE month of working with Cameron, we found a great home we wanted to put an offer on - and this is the part where Cameron SHINES. He is an incredible negotiator (a true ninja, as one reviewer below puts it) and our offer was accepted!
