Very knowledgeable and communicated with us every step of they way. Professional at all times.

We were located 1500 miles away and trying to find a home from so far away seemed difficult. But Kim made it pretty easy. Proving homes that met our requirements over the course of several weeks. Once we narrowed it down to a handful of homes I flew to Utah and spent a day with Kim looking at homes from our list and decided on one of them. Kim helped with the negotiations and got us a good deal.

Above what an agent would normally do!

Kim went above and beyond what is expected for what any agent would ever do. She was always looking for ways to make sure the home was exactly what I wanted, and when it was time to put in an offer, we were in a “bidding war” she talked it through with me a solution to make an offer for the winning bid.
