Positive, attentive, thorough. As first time home buyers, and little knowledge on house structure, Tricia helped keep our vision broad, pointed out concerns, issues, etc. She is quick to respond to questions and calls. Most of all open to communication and working together and adapting. My biggest frustration was pricing, I had no experience. Tricia didn't guide much on pricing at first, however once i spoke to her more on it, like how much on earnest, waiting to offer after a couple weeks on overpriced, comps, etc, she was quick to assist further and guide. She never made us feel uncomfortable which was not what i was expecting from a Realtor. So if you work with her, keeping your concerns in the open, and pain points, is best. I also got my loan through a suggested person they often work with, they were stellar. (Pricing, communication, speed, etc) We ran into a good chunk of tough sellers, poor condition houses, over priced houses, etc. and I am very happy with the end result.

I've been working with Tricia for over a year to search for a new home and she's been amazing through the entire time. I honestly could not have asked for a better agent through the home search/close. In early 2022 I was working with Tricia to place offers on homes during a fast moving market - she was extremely accommodating as we were out of state. Once we relocated to Utah, Tricia maintained her extremely accommodating nature. She literally made us feel like we were her only clients (which we weren't). We toured countless homes, really considered some offers, but nothing felt right and every single time Tricia maintained a positive attitude and reassured us we'd find the right home. Fast forward to mid 2023 and we're under contract, got a great rate (even in this high rate env) and are scheduled to close in 3 weeks! We could not have asked for a better agent! Do yourselves a favor and work with Tricia - you won't regret it.
