Tricia didn't guide much on pricing at first, however once i spoke to her more on it, like how much on earnest, waiting to offer after a couple weeks on overpriced, comps, etc, she was quick to assist further and guide. She never made us feel uncomfortable which was not what i was expecting from a Realtor. So if you work with her, keeping your concerns in the open, and pain points, is best. I also got my loan through a suggested person they often work with, they were stellar. (Pricing, communication, speed, etc) We ran into a good chunk of tough sellers, poor condition houses, over priced houses, etc. and I am very happy with the end result.
