We chose Lori Butterfield as our real estate agent largely because of her outstanding online reviews—and now we completely understand why she stands out. Going into the process, we were a bit hesitant about working with an agent. A close family member of ours had a frustrating experience with theirs—frequent lateness and a pretty standoffish attitude. Lori was the exact opposite in every way. She was consistently punctual, professional, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire process. One thing that really impressed us was that she didn’t require us to sign a contract upfront. That spoke volumes about her confidence in the service she provides. She clearly believes that clients should want to keep working with her because of the value she brings, not because they’re locked into an agreement—and she absolutely delivered on that. Throughout our new build purchase, Lori made it a point to be involved every step of the way. She was proactive, communicative, and always made sure we felt informed and supported. We would highly recommend Lori to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Working with her was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Ilse helped me sell my home in Saratoga Springs. Took a week to go under contract. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in Utah and want a realtor who genuinely cares, communicates exceptionally well, and gets results, Ilse Amador is the one to trust. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a top-tier, bilingual real estate agent.
