Scott made it easy by respecting our search parameters, educating us on local market conditions and neighborhood characteristics, and suggesting suitable properties for our consideration. He organized viewings to maximize the value of our short visits. He promptly responded to our requests for follow-up information that let us narrow our search and submit an offer. Market knowledge and strong support through rough waters

Scott did a great job of managing tricky situations for me during a tumultuous deal process, ensuring we weren’t left in the lurch and leveraging his own network of quality craftsmen, and even taking his own hand to a drill and drywall and ensure needs were met on both sides of selling and buying. He knows the market and area well.

Above and beyond!

Scott stuck with me even though I was a very picky buyer. He showed me many houses and was patient with me. Once I did find a home, he was super helpful in helping me find contractors to make the updates for me so that I could make it my own. It was a journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide!
