I came from out of state with an agenda to "just get rid of an old family house" I didn't have knowledge of the market or where to start with clean up or fix up, etc. James did all of the market research, he knows and uses excellent resources (lawyer, title company, photographer, advisor investor), and gave me expert advice. The bids started to come in within less than 24 hours of listing. Again, his excellent guidance: weighing offers, explaining buyer strategies and completing forms. Results: a quick and successful closure! He is very client focused, genuine in his concern, a good listner and a hard worker. He told me when we first talked that I was in "good hands" and he really came through on that promise.

James was/is the best realtor we've ever had the privilege of working with, and we would recommend him to anyone! In our particular situation, we were looking to relocate from the Sandy, UT area due to a change in job. We didn't know much about Davis county at the beginning of our search but James helped us look at where my husbands office was and figure out commute times from different areas around SL and Davis counties. He was so knowledgeable about both areas that the process was extremely easy. He was able to tell us about good schools, neighborhoods, restaurants and freeway access so we could make an educated decision about the areas where we were going to look. After we found our home, James really looked out for us during negotiations and while we were under contract and we felt and still feel that we got an excellent deal and everything went extremely smoothly. While we were purchasing, he also helped us sell our old home. It was a tricky situation due to some issues with the HOA but James navigated everything for us and was able to get our home sold for what we needed, and we went under contract very quickly.
