She staged the house perfectly, pictures were amazing, really listened to what I needed for my situation and negotiated for my best interests. I was out of state during this process and had a family member leaving in the house I was selling. She worked perfectly with me explaining every step of the way, keeping my expectations in check and was able to work with my family members schedule for pictures, open house, showings, everything.
