Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. Dan was immediately responsive, made scheduling showings incredibly easy, and was always available when questions came up. He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

Dan helped us navigate a tricky sewer line issue, going so far as to talk with our lender and use one of his contacts at the lender to help us when the financing got derailed, all while being under a tight deadline. He also did a great job negotiating concessions from the seller. During the showing process he was never pushy and did a great job at keeping everything in context. And importantly, he was never afraid to say ‘I do t know’ and then go off and do the research if the question warranted it. Overall, Dan is a professional who has put a ton of effort into polishing the execution details of his work to a high degree. For all that and more, he gets my strongest recommendation.
