Dan was extremely helpful in getting our mother’s home repaired and up for sale within a few months. He was as very patient when working with all of my siblings and their concerns. Dan was very proactive and easy to work with!

Dan was wonderful to work with. We needed to do some repairs before our mom’s house could be sold. He was helpful to get contractors in for bids and repairs. Once that was done he did a beautiful job staging the house. And then was really helpful on closing day when a few last minute hiccups popped up. I would definitely use him again if I ever sell my own home.
