He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

Dan helped us navigate a tricky sewer line issue, going so far as to talk with our lender and use one of his contacts at the lender to help us when the financing got derailed, all while being under a tight deadline. He also did a great job negotiating concessions from the seller. During the showing process he was never pushy and did a great job at keeping everything in context. And importantly, he was never afraid to say ‘I do t know’ and then go off and do the research if the question warranted it. Overall, Dan is a professional who has put a ton of effort into polishing the execution details of his work to a high degree. For all that and more, he gets my strongest recommendation.
