As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. Dan was immediately responsive, made scheduling showings incredibly easy, and was always available when questions came up. He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

We moved to Utah from out of state and this was our first time buying a home. We were assigned a realtor by our employer, we hadn’t met with this realtor yet in person just email communication. We randomly went to an open house on a Saturday and met Tricia, she happened to be there. We instantly hit it off, she was relatable, felt like instant friends. I told my husband, dang I wish she was our realtor vs the one that we’ve been assigned. Well, it was pure coincidence she was our realtor my husband recognized her name and put it all together! She is truly amazing, moving from out of state, having two young kids, not understanding the full process she made this milestone for our family a smooth process! Thank you Tricia for everything!
