During the selling process Erica and Josh kept us very well informed as to all that we needed to do and what the buyers were doing to meet the closing date in the contract. Since we had already moved from Tucson, Erica and Josh were outstanding in taking care of all the issues that come up when selling a house. They even watered the plants in our yard when the irrigation water had to be off for a few days! That is above and beyond what I would expect a real estate agent to do.
