She knows the neighborhoods incredibly well, was also super knowledgeable about what to look for in every house we saw with her, was always honest and transparent with us, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. We always felt like she was genuinely on our side and looking out for our best interests. One thing that really stood out was her guidance when it came time to make an offer on our house. Julie helped us think through the market and what a fair offer would be, and her advice ended up saving us a significant amount of money. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the process and was a huge help during the inspection and appraisal. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to answer them and explain things clearly.
