Danielle has helped us buy a home and sell another this year.

She has been a phenomenal partner in both cases. We had very specific requirements for what we were looking for and she helped us find (and win against multiple offers!) the house we now call home. Even more challenging, we had specific disclosures that made our old house seemingly difficult to sell, yet she was able to get it under contract in less than one month. That wasn't just happenstance - she used her network, went the extra mile to do multiple open houses and showings at inconvenient times, identified things that absolutely needed fixing and put me to task, and was communicative with us and seller's agents throughout. We're very appreciative of Danielle and Moreland, and couldn't be happier with our choice to have her represent us in both transactions.

April was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our home in Georgetown. She was consistently responsive — always quick to reply with updates, market data, and thoughtful strategy when offers came in. What stood out most was her market knowledge: she proactively pulled comparable sales data and kept us grounded with realistic expectations as conditions shifted. When it came to negotiations, she offered creative counter-offer structures and helped us navigate multiple offers with different financing types. Always Available to Explore all Options

Hannah is a great problem solver and go getter!

Moving from out of state and buying a home remotely is difficult, but Hannah made it effortless. She set up multiple virtual tours, handled all local paperwork, worked through unique utility issues to the specific area and served as our boots on the ground. Throughout the process, she was a "yes, how can I help you with that?" agent. We couldn't have closed smoothly without her!
