April Womack provided service of the highest quality and cared for and tended to every need in negotiating and finalizing my sales contract. She was in constant communication, answered every question and even answered questions I had yet to think of, prepared and documented all necessary paperwork and attended the final closing (a closing I'm not sure would have transpired in such a timely fashion without April's management!) to be assured that every last "i" was dotted and "t" crossed! I know that I have found a real estate advisor for a lifetime and wholeheartedly recommend April Womack to anyone in need of a caring, compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She truly was and IS the epitome of the perfect real estate transaction partner!!!

April was key to our success in sale of our existing home and even more importantly, the purchase of our new home. April built a relationship with us and provided trusted advice. Without her, we would not have landed in such a great position.

April was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our home in Georgetown. She was consistently responsive — always quick to reply with updates, market data, and thoughtful strategy when offers came in. What stood out most was her market knowledge: she proactively pulled comparable sales data and kept us grounded with realistic expectations as conditions shifted. When it came to negotiations, she offered creative counter-offer structures and helped us navigate multiple offers with different financing types. She was professional and warm the entire time, and we always felt like she was genuinely looking out for our best interests. We'd recommend her without hesitation.

April is absolutely the best! Her Communication and knowledge of realestate was amazing! Would never use anyone else! She exceeds in every part of her life!

April is a pleasure to work with and an agent who truly understands the local market. She is very attentive and responsive. We have utilized her services to sell two homes and buy another. We expect to use her in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

April was fantastic-she went above and beyond.

April did a fantastic job in representing us in our recent home purchase. We were out-of-state buyers and April was very helpful in assisting us with all the necessary tasks that must be done to close the purchase. We would highly recommend her services to others.

We couldn't have had a better experience with April!!! As first time home buyers, she walked us through every step and answered all of our various questions. She was always responsive and knowledgeable about homes we were interested in and the entire process. From looking to closing she was the best
