Excellent advisor with deep knowledge of the market

I learned about Scott years before I sold my townhome and subscribed to his invaluable monthly newsletter for a long time. The newsletter showed me he has the expertise, knows the market, valuations, and the relevant people & entities (lenders, settlement agencies, other realtors, etc). Before I put my house on the market, he came over to advise me on prepping the home for sale and presentation, gave excellent on-point tips on everything from curb appeal to decluttering and more. He always answered my questions promptly and clearly. This was the first home I ever bought & the only home I may ever sell. Scott was patient, friendly, and most importantly, super knowledgeable throughout. Once the house went on the market, he posted information about all viewings, communication with prospective buyers, and offers. Within three days, we had seven offers and he advised me on how to interpret the comparative data chart and what factors to consider. I highly recommend him.
