Right from the first visit to our house Delaney made the process so easy and comfortable with her knowledge, caring attitude, and over-the-top work ethic. Delaney is an extraordinary real estate agent. She did an amazing job finding listings for us to tour that met our needs and was super flexible with the times we were able to tour (including late Friday evenings and weekends). She put so much effort into contracts on several places before we were successful on an offer at a wonderful property she found for us. She was a huge help coordinating contractors to fix issues found on the home inspection (and the house was over an hour away from her home territory). I really enjoyed working with Delaney and hope to do so again in the future.
